Yes, a little. I just finished a hit with someone who went clear to the full $1 (thank you human, I love you!) and I think we did an awesome job because I finally figured out that when answering a question, make it easy to ask a next, logical question.

With as good as this person also was, the timer got down to about 2 seconds before s/he submitted one question and I could see why there was a struggle there.

In my earlier one I was trying to edit what was naturally a long answer, and I wanted to edit out some "extra" stuff that didn't need to be there, and got down to about five seconds left and was sweating it hard.

So maybe add another 15-20 seconds just so we aren't super rushing? We don't have to use the time if we don't need it, and I think many of us are getting a lot faster with this and know how to do the hit to make a natural, quick conversation.
thank you for working on my hits, happy to pay :). Awesome, this is great feedback. Another turker also felt the timer is fast. I will increase it in the next batch, and I agree with you, with practice you can bring down this time a lot. I already see a great reduction in times (ranging between 9-25).

It MAY have been me, but I dunno, cause I'm sure more than one person got that story.
I like blues music. And Howard Armostrong was a good'n.

The timer seemed fine, to me.
You want to kinda keep things moving, though it does add a BIT of pressure, that can also be a good thing, sometimes. Makes you think on your feet.
So the timer being faster is good, but some of the text is really dense. I just had someone bail on one that was a very large paragraph about Stalin and Jews and WWII and ethnic cleansing. I know an oddly weird amount about Russia and WWII due to my son's obsession with history audiobooks, especially WWII and, I was totally struggling with that paragraph. In order to ask a question, I have to comprehend what I'm reading and that could take a moment with tougher subjects. That's why I think a bit of a longer timer might be nice just in case the topic is informationally dense.

Peachy @PeachyRider I know it is a biased opinion but if the Trailblazers can win tonight and stabilize a bit I still think they have a shot at coming back in the series. One thing for sure is Dame or CJ have to catch fire and I'm praying at this point. Oh well I've done everything that I can do on my end except sit and watch. I'm invoking B. Roy's spirit by wearing his jersey today.

I think once you get a good batch of qualled, skilled workers you will get good results (I certainly hope so!)

For tonight, I actually have to bail on doing any more though I would like to. It's Open House this evening at the child's school and I need to go be a doting mum and shake his teachers' hands :) I'm glad I could do a few tonight and give a little feedback!

You can always do what I do and watch organization videos on youtube, then get sidetracked by the videos in the sidebar of animals being cute, and then before I know it I'm lost in a world of obscure videos of conspiracy theories.

Wash, rinse, repeat

Sounds like my mom, when I was a kid.
"We need to get rid of some things."
*beings removing all of my things, but keeping the 40 year old wall decorations and her collection of cookie, chocolate, and coffee tins, collecting dust in the kitchen*
My mom always tells me we need to clean out our "stuff". Ironically every time myself or my husband goes to her house she has a box or more full of stuff to give us. She lives on the street behind us. So often she calls us to tell us she made dinner. Dinner always comes with "extra stuff" she found that she thinks we need. That being said I love my mom to the moon and back back but we now have half of her stuff at our house.

I get it. Some things are just hard to get rid of because you've had them for so long. I think that's why my mom gives me stuff. She doesn't technically want to get rid of it and if she decides she wants it back she knows I have it. Or at least that's my theory.
