the worst part about moving to the south from the midwest? People down south dont understand what Iced Tea is. They always server sweet tea. Gross

I hate it, too. I keep a bottle of iced tea in the fridge (water and tea bags - no sugar).
But I will say this, a friend of mine explained the role of sweetening the tea which finally made sense (I'm not explaining away that pound of sugar that iced tea down here can have!). But she said, if you don't add the sugar to the tea when it is hot, it doesn't mix as well.
