I do academic editing for college students and scientists. The service I do it through has pretty strict policies. We can't rewrite or write for the client; we can format references, correct grammar and spelling, and provide constructive feedback to improve organization and writing skills. I don't think it's cheating, but it's definitely paying $$ to improve your work.I always had my papers edited by an English major, is that cheating?
