Yeah aggressiveness seems fine and I guess being rude is ok too but I'd still mark as invalid since you suck and should die has nothing to do with password resetting

good god. it's taken me this long to get 17 done. Numbers are still climbing. I'm guessing I'm not sleeping tonight. Still taking a few hour break. I'm not usually even working on amt on the weekends. extra money is good.

I wasn't yelling, I was just using my many many years of customer service experience to be realistic with my 'questions', but using the 'answer' to reflect the password reset issue.
