I don't know ... all these lil bits and pieces of info dribbling in from various emails. He really needs to make some comprehensive instruction adjustments. He's telling us to look for proper spelling, grammar, etc but what if the reviewer isn't even well versed in those areas?

I just reviewed the hit and it looks fine so I reversed the rejection.

The question does not need a question mark. It should be representative of a normal user sending a text or email to a tech support person.
