The directions still need work to me. I've done nearly 200 and have only had 1 rejection, but aside from scammers, I can see the confusion. Some of my questions have been rather creative, but my answers have always been in accordance with his instructions.
I think this part in particular is confusing, especially seeing as neither of the example answers he gives even mentions the link:
It is important that you answer the question in a manner that will encourage the user to click the link or guide them in that direction after you answer their initial inquiry.
And from doing a few of the review hits, there seems to exist some confusion over what the link is for - whether it's just to dispute the password change, whether it's to confirm it, whether it's a link to change the password, etc...
I would say adding more examples might be helpful, but then people would just copy them.
