They've figured out how to make kids addicted to stuff to make their parents buy stuff for them...Its about time they do the same to pets too
I gotta admit, I love getting a box of shit every month too.

Just as a note i've seen the quality on the submitted writing hits improve a decent amount since the instructions were added. Still needs clearer instructions though.

The directions still need work to me. I've done nearly 200 and have only had 1 rejection, but aside from scammers, I can see the confusion. Some of my questions have been rather creative, but my answers have always been in accordance with his instructions.

I think this part in particular is confusing, especially seeing as neither of the example answers he gives even mentions the link:

It is important that you answer the question in a manner that will encourage the user to click the link or guide them in that direction after you answer their initial inquiry.

And from doing a few of the review hits, there seems to exist some confusion over what the link is for - whether it's just to dispute the password change, whether it's to confirm it, whether it's a link to change the password, etc...

I would say adding more examples might be helpful, but then people would just copy them.

Also, I need caffeine.
Yes, I just emailed him to ask for verification about the link and whether EVERYONE needs to do it or JUST password reset rejections.

you mean the 1600 5s chair  Its only a matter of time before you start figuring costs in #s of hits :p
I used to do it with some batches but now closing in on two years of doing this full-time I've become too numb to pay attention to these things.

Okay, here's the news, guys!
(my question)
Hi again Eric! Sorry for the trouble!
I noticed the rules change that says anything directing users to "disregard the email" are unacceptable.
My question is, are users supposed to use the link *no matter what* or ONLY to reject the password reset? As it is phrased now, the instructions seem to say that the link is only necessary if someone *does not* want their password to be reset. If that's the case, I am not sure how to respond when they *did* want the password to change.
Is the account locked because the password has been successfully changed, for instance? Or is it locked because they need to use the link no matter what?
Thanks for taking the time to clarify! :)

They need to use the link no matter what.

So, now we know, EVERYONE *MUST* use the link whether they want the new password change or not!
