Make it VERY CLEAR that the goal is to get them to click on the link regardless of what is asked/what the text message/email says. Even more so than the bold text at the top.
A little background on the purpose of the HIT will probably increase the quality of the questions/answers.

That's great! I saw earlier the amount he's dropping in the coming HITs. While I'm sure we all appreciate the amount he's paying for our time, it's a testament to this forum and the good side of turkers who are not just concerned with making money easily. But also ensuring the requester is getting exactly what they're paying for. Hopefully the ones in the future are a bit more laid out so we can give them good work for good pay and everybody's happy.You'll have a lot more opportunity. There are more coming.
