Is the Stanford GSB Behavioral Lab Article Recommendation Study(~ 25 minutes) HIT broken for anyone else? The recommendation doesn't display and the src attribute of the picture is literally "src(unknown)" without an equal sign or a url.

Some of my recommendations did NOT display at all.

The recommendation starts after the 3 attention check questions (mods: not giving anything away, the top of the pages state "attention check question"). I foolishly F5'd the survey to see if refreshing would help, and it started over. It had the same problem when it got to the recommendation pages a second time.
