I think you have an idea you are being scammed but unless you've received mail that you have to sign for from the government, tis is probably fraud. Do you have an ID checker or go online and check the number and see what others say about it. There's probably a way to report it if it is scam.

Oh yeah, they call me all the time. I've looked up their number and it's a total scam. First time I got the message (I never answer if I don't recognize the number) it scared me a little.

I got one last week lol. I answered, listened to the guys very vague and unorganized speech, then I asked him if his brother was that nigerian prince that still owes me money. He hung up.
