Yep, but I learned a lot from the experience.

I recommend everyone try working in management at least once. Nothing has opened my eyes more, about how ridiculous and petty people can be, than working in retail management.

Yeah. The only customer facing I've done is a summer at a restaurant (the minimum everyone should do) and a year supervising the front desk of a library, which isn't really the same.

I did 3 months in a call center. That was eye opening. I realized people don't treat you like a human being when they can't see you.

It was good training for MTurk.

Did one earlier today. Time estimate seems accurate, but has a generous timer. Helps to read each step and have the docs side by side, but easy once you've copied over the first pdf.

Thanks, I tried doing one of the PDFs and it does seem like it's actually gonna take some time going through them.
