Amazing that they don't persist across browsers. Amazing that there is a HIT per day goal. I am amazed at how little thought seems to have been put into it

Nothing comes with instructions these days. A script (as jklmnop @cb456 says, but I have no knowledge of at this point) would work. I think you will just have to see. Maybe at start of 5/16/ you will see it reset to 0, and you set value daily, or it stays as a default.
