I bought this so I could watch movies like a normal person, but it doesn’t work because they way my Xbox is set up, the signal doesn’t hit it, it uses ir not Bluetooth lol

Who hear has a Wawa near them? Someone created an account with them using my email, and I don't have one within at least 1000 miles of me. Why would would anyone do that? How does that benefit anyone?

I mean, I don't hate them, they aren't TERRIBLE, but its just funny to me how they always just seem to bounce around garbage teams.

REALLY ? I did the entire survey got a code, entered it, etc. However, I did not take a picture of the last page or a picture of the code, which from now on I WILL Do. I did nothing wrong, so I wrote them a nice letter about it. Report ME for abuse ?? It was a $3.00 ;hit. Has this ever happened to anyone ? being falsely accused ?

I can't say i've had anything like this happen. I would message them back asking exactly how they determined that you didn't complete the entire survey and (since you obviously did since you got the code at the end) suggest its some sorts of technical issue on their end. Someone else probably has something more useful to add but that seems like a good start.
