I'm on a DR ordered special diet for reasons... and chicken is one of the few things I can eat. It's a very limited diet and it's all i've been eating for a couple months now.i still don't get this hate. chicken is delicious. how did @Pleco turn this into a bad thing

Good question. I really don't think about protein as much as I should. I do eat a lot of things with beans though and vege burgers are a favorite with vegan mayo. Otherwise, I guess I'm kind of counting on what I've heard about there being a lot more protein in vegetables than people usually think...and try to eat a lot.Yeah, I'd be very concerned about getting my protein. Where do you get most of your protein from now? Glad it's working out for you!
