I might be a little, but I can't have most seasonings or sauces. Nothing w/ onion, garlic, or any tomato bases.

How about lemon pepper seasoning? That's good to use with chicken.

It does have onions, but it's really good with chicken ( when you said base, I wasn't sure if you could have it as an ingredient or not)

There's an Indian spice called Hing you can have, it smells like crap but tastes just like garlic and onion powder and can add some variety to the diet.

How about lemon pepper seasoning? That's good to use with chicken.

well as @YAHU knows, i have the tastebuds of a 3 year old, so I could live without most fancy spices and things. the garlic one would be tough for me though (although I don't use garlic for chicken).

If Old Bay was on the restricted list, then I'd be crying myself to sleep at night

also @TotalBabe is right with the lemon pepper on chicken

What about butter and lemon? Sautée in butter and add a bit of lemon at the end ... use thinly sliced chickie breasts. If you can have flour and egg ... dredge the breasts in flour then egg before you put in the pan with butter

The cilantro has all kinds of stuff your not supposed to have, the lemon pepper is likely ok depending on the brand.

I cook with coconut oil, so I could probably try it with that.

Eggs and flour are out. Along with most other GF flours. The diet is a stricter paleo diet, along with a whole other list of foods that i can't have that are allowed on the paleo diet.

. the garlic one would be tough for me though

Garlic is in soo soo many sauces.

Totally not true We are gluten free and I make chicken francaise all the time. GIve it a try

A LITTLE corn starch dredging will help it brown/make a sauce without tasting icky.

yes, they're pretty easy, he approves pretty fast, but they used to pay .50
