I need a new one for the house the portable one we had I had to take to work because the one there quit working. A wonder how good the Home Depot sale will be. We have central AC at our house but in the Texas summers a portable really helps out.

Got an email response for this, but when I have a question on edge cases for paraphrases: (british vs. american spelling, misspellings in the query text etc.) I never get a response

Oh, weird! That's probably because if you send an email, it goes to like 4 different people, and we can't see if anyone has replied from our side. So I typically only reply if it's regarding a HIT I'm running, and I leave the ninjas to do their own business. Which I guess doesn't involve email. Although I suggested they should. So anyway, I see all the emails, but I had been assuming someone else was replying. : /

In case anybody else had problems with Audible I downloaded the Audible App for PC at Microsoft after many failed attempts from the Audible site (and my iPad as a Gen 3 won't update to IOS 10, so that was out). The Audible folks were of no help at all.

it's never usually that serious, say:

if a query uses British spelling with some words, should the paraphrases make an effort to use similar British spelling if applicable?

But it's appreciated nonetheless.
