I am trying to determine how much damage I've done to my computer. I'm wondering why in task manger it used to say firefox.exe but now it says firefoxjarboe.exe. Does anyone know?

Things like this are why I keep up the insurance on this old computer. Usually they go through what I've done and then I have to do a factory reinstall. Did you try to do a reset, not full install but reset? They usually have me start there.

I finally finished my SurveyComet, so I don't know if this was posted already, but the requester for the Wagner qualification hit wrote me a really nice letter apologizing and said that he approved all and sent out new, longer hits :)
