i didn't learn common core in school yet they have been teaching it for years now

Sometimes they will invite them in the future.

Amazon doesn't reveal their algorithm for accepting new workers. So noone will be able to tell you why she wasn't accepted, not everyone is at this point. It may be that her certain demographic has already reached its quota or it could be for a completely different reason all together. Others have been rejected and will continue to be rejected.
