Well, it's generally better to be polite. A lot of requesters don't understand what they should be paying and are generally clueless. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar, you know? Also, if a requester really didn't like your email, they could block you so that's a risk you're taking.

Blocks against your account is not really "good". Multiple blocks and you lose your entire MTurk account.
