The online contact form for AMT support is a webmail thing which doesn't keep a copy of what you said.
Whatever you write them, save it as a text file.

Persistence is required. AMT Support often doesn't know what they are doing.
They refused even to tell @Janthir the ostensible reason for his suspension, although they did eventually reverse it.

So someone tell me if this means survey content (even if I'm not specifying the exact survey in question), but if at the end of a survey, they ask me to type in how much of a bonus I think I should get (and they'll honor it, no questions asked) up to $1.00 but they have a stipulation that would require me to lie about something to get the bonus, would you guys just lie to get the bonus? I'm conflicted but wondering what the typical turker would do.
