You shouldn't say what is in a survey. It is best to just give completion times, so you don't inadvertently say something you shouldn't.

Anything past the HIT preview page is considered survey content. You can report a time after you've completed it, but giving descriptions of what types of questions there are, the order of questions, etc. is survey content.

Same here, it seemed like way too much work for $1. IIRC the interface was buggy too.
