Amazon is full of them. All flavors. Businesses frequently trade them in for new ones, so there is always a big selection. Mine never even had a scratch on 'em. Looked new. Both came with a cheap keyboard and mouse. I understand other places sell the things too. I bought from Amazon 'cause I had enough gift cards there. This is a good thing to shop around for.

Or, you could do what I do. Buy a refurbished Dell OptiPlex. Cost less than 400.00. Lasts well and will do everything since it's a desktop. Microsoft approved. I'm on my second one in 6 years. When this one quits. I'll order up another. It's a good work computer--and CHEAP. My 400 bucks bought a 16 ram, 1 tg hard drive, dual processor Dell AND a nice new 27'' HP monitor. There was change left over....I believe that @ChristopherASA got one similar a while back.

I got a reconditioned HP Desktop in February 2019 and am very happy with it - Only downsides were though Woot is owned by Amazon you can't use Amazon Gift Cards there and I had to upgrade the wireless with a dongle which was about $15
