I think it is fine, because it isn't a program that is choosing random answers and submitting the hit.

Yep! Now if you go to the top right of the page, click on "thread tools" and you can turn on/off "Live Update" (the auto update) and/or "Post Jump" (which moves your page down to the newest post at the bottom).

Keybinds are fine, AND SMART! Go to town.
I actively hunt out people who use auto HIT submission scripts, where they don't even see the question before submitting an answer. Sometimes people can submit up to 30 submissions in a second. That ruins it for everyone. No bueño.
