I know surgeons recommend them after people have nasal surgery and for people with some allergies and sinus problems... but I haven't been involved in any of those things so I've never regularly used one to provide my own testimonial.

During a low pressure system my sinuses go nuts. We had a hurricane off the coast a few years ago that reduced me to a blubbering mess. I broke down and tried a neti pot. It did actually work but I felt so incredibly awkward using it.
