That little rich housewife (who is only famous cause of her husband fyi) should have known better than to try and open a barbecue place in Texas, the barbecue capital of the world, of all places. Should have opened in, idk, Maine, where they don't know any better.

It's always bad news when a "chef" tries to do bbq. Experienced Pitmasters only please.

Every Chef or restaurant owner thinks they do BBQ well until they get to Texas, Kansas City or Memphis and they end up getting spanked and sent home by a bunch of Pitmasters in those areas.

Do these ever work?

I tried this hit last week and as soon as I downloaded it pulled an error. I emailed their 24/7 available line and still have not heard back. A couple of days later my computer is all screwed up and I lost a bunch of data. This got me so paranoid that I covered my webcam up. Their hits keep changing dollar value and will appear and disappear Ll the time. I wrote to mturk but they said there was nothing they could do.

Monterrey House used to have several locations in the Houston area. Don't remember if they went out of business or got bought out.

Have not been there in 20 years, but they did change their name to Monterey tex mex cafeteria when a new owner took over, they might have got bought out.
