Simple Habit is great for guided meditations of various lengths as well. Helpful throughout the day or to help you sleep. I use it when I'm stressed.

I don't actually know what people use for safety during tropical storms/hurricanes, so I assume you just put on a life jacket and helmet, get in a boat so you don't drown and anchor it to something sturdy with tie-downs, yeah?

Seriously though, be safe. (Anyone/everyone dealing with Cindy/storms.)
