I took groceries to the 19yo daughter yesterday. Tomorrow I'm taking some to the 23 yo son, but they both work. He wanted to be able to take a new job with benefits and wasn't going to have enough left for food. I need three jobs to feed my grown kids

Glad you like it Peachy. My dad took me to the Iowa Cubs several times when I was a kid and it's just not for me, though I did like the Frosty Malts. This was in the 70's when a guy walked around the stand yelling Frosty Malts and selling them from a tray in front of him. Do they still do that or do they just shoot food at you through a cannon now?

In all fairness, they are pretty good. She graduated last year, goes to college, and works full time. She just paid to get in to her own apartment so I don't mind. He has struggled a bit and just went through a bad break up, so he gets a pass. Especially since he is taking a better job. I would rather help set them up for success when I can, than see them struggle for years because they couldn't catch a break.
