I meant more like if it was a steady batch or if it took forever to get there, because the batches get real spotty right before they stop posting altogether, but that's probably something in my head trying to make sense of an uncaring Zoltar.

I think the working hypotheses are - one that the church is very supportive of treatment, two - especially in Utah, responsibilities to the church and family are pretty intense (so, it can take lots of effort!) and that can be good, but also hard for people to manage
finally, depression is always worse in rural areas - interestingly. Lots of times people guess that it's cities, but it is actually rural areas that climb to the top of that list.
I'm sure there are other things that fit into the model, but these are the big ones that people think about.

That is very interesting. It also makes sense. Sure is a pretty place though.

Altitude can contribute to depression and suicide too, weirdly enough. At least, according to a couple recent studies.
