I make a pretty mean grilled cheese after watching a Food Wishes video on it. Grilling a little bit of another cheese on the OUTSIDE of the bread takes you from "cook" to "god" with just a few sprinkles of cheesy goodness.

For a REALLY good one, and to possibly start WWIII, I like to toss in some shredded ham bits on the inside too.

well that sounds really good.

Getting quesadillas perfectly browned is an art... you are definitely on your way to perfecting grilled cheese if you've accomplished quesadillas

They are jsut this side of perfect, they've got almost perfect brownness but I get dtrigger happy and pull them off cause I'm a chicken.

I am getting so tired of these surveys that think offering a "chance" at a big bonus takes the place of paying a fair wage.

once you add anything other then butter or cheese to the mix it no longer is a grilled cheese sandwich, just my opinion

Seems like when I lack motivation to turk, there's plenty I'd be up for doing..when I have motivation, there's nothing on I really want to do. I keep doing the bounding box 10 centers but they take so long to load...
