The article definitely gives a lot of information to take a stab at valuing them, I guess. $62,500 for 1300 short term permits, or $48 per active permit. Multiple websites for each permit and then the non-permitted listings would cut that by 3 to like $16 per. And that's for the entire year, so new permits or the same thing being posted again or whatever. And there's no way you'd be paid more than half the final value of the listings, since they have staff and structure and do the sales to the cities. So probably they should be paying the $4 instead of the $2, but they're not royally screwing people.
