I thought the accuracy levels where just an extra bonus for doing good on a certain hit. Because I've got the normal difficulty bonus then for the same hit a level 3 or 4 for .60 or .80

we plan on moving out of this house in 4-5 years and renting it out. we are trying to NOT replace the A/C unit (it's very old and obviously inefficient) so we can just pass off the utility bills to the renters
