Another one...is this something new that Amazon has done? I don't recall having this problem in the past where if someone had done it but posted it, we would not get the PANDA from it. Is it one of their improvements?

(And yes, I have to rely o PANDAs since I'm on my old, old laptop after my dog trampled the connection on my beautiful, fast, stunningly amazing laptop that now needs to be fixed...I thank my dog DAILY for it. >=(
