I returned that one because it didn't have my job type, my family type, or my education type.. but mostly because I had no idea how long it would take.

the hit preview tells you there is no survey code.

It tells you there is no code but try to submit without one.

the preview also says toward the top that it will provide a survey code...soooo....which is it.

I rolled the dice. If it rejects my approval will move from 95.5105 to 95.5104.
