Huh. That's exactly how mine happened now that you said that. I just remember looking up and being unable to move. Idk why I was sleeping on my back those times but I was for some reason. I never do that.I only get sleep paralysis if I sleep on my back, idk why. I mainly sleep on my stomach the past few years, so it hasn't happened in a minute, but it used to be a fairly regular occurance for me. Often accompanied with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exploding_head_syndrome, and sometimes my body feeling like it was spinning on an axis.
