I actually disagree on this a bit, seeing someone's PE with Req breakdown is definitely more helpful but even just a number helps me stay motivated and also lets me know if i missed work, in the general sense.

Depends on how you turk too. I have a daily "hard goal" (basically the minimum I need to be making to keep the lights on at Casa de Dracos) and a "soft goal" (what I need for extra bennies) and I might do a couple of underpaid HITs to get myself above my hard goal if there isn't anything better to do at the time rather than wait and hope better comes along later.

I think there are lots of people that disagree. Some people are just excited about what a great day they're having and want to share. Whatever their reasons, if they want to share I think they should be able to share. I don't want people to be made to feel unwelcome here just because they're excited about the day they're having.

Some people are really excited about their day... every day... multiple times a day.

I'm not saying people shouldn't be able to post their earnings but people should definitely better consider when they are stepping into spamming territory.

I know I'm a filthy lurker who lives in the drain pipes and only occasionally surfaces to steal the chips someone forgot about in the back of the pantry, but I like visiting this forum. The vast majority of you have never come across to me as unwelcoming or unfriendly. I appreciate the hits that get posted and enjoy all the ridiculous conversations. It makes turking a little more interesting for me....even if it doesn't help my 2 second attention span to constantly switch between actual working and reading shitposts (no I will not turn on Hits Only Mode, never suggest that again).
