Great piece of equipment right there.

run/jog or ride a bike, I'm a fitness nut but I hate gadgets like this. sit-ups, push-ups, squats and some weight lifting and your good to go.

I ran a bit in FL - but up here, though we're in a small town, we're on the main road. It's not the place to run and I'm not going to go someplace 'to run.' Also, it's so cold and icy - there was snow on the ground (somewhere) for most of winter (starting in Nov).

The snow never melted. I grew up in NY and lived in MA (Boston). There it snowed, was cold and then a few days later it melted.

Here, it snowed......and that was it. It melted a little (the roads cleared). But there was snow on the ground until April. I can't run on ice (of course).

In the past, I would walk everywhere. I even rode a bike - when I lived in Boston - as long as it was 'going' someplace. (I like using it as transportation .
But it just doesn't work for me, here - and I have to do something (getting old!!)

Ha, funny (to me) I was just browsing under the desk elliptical or bike to get for work. I sit on my ass so much there (a standing desk is not an option), and I really want to do something while just sitting there. This won't work for under a desk, but I'm scoping for the same reasons...I am just not getting enough exercise, despite getting in 13K or so steps per day.

do you just mean for today's batch or in general? I haven't done any today, but in general it's about 75%. And then when it's not correct it's most likely a NA.
