I would just compose an email stating that you weren't able to use the form, but here are the answers to the required questions ... and list them out with your answers. I also like to add: "So sorry to have added any unnecessary work on your end".

Someone else mentioned earlier their's wasn't working either. (I don't know what's wrong with it.)

(If you don't use the same browser you forum on make sure your forum acct is logged in. that's my only helpful bit that I know.)

My hits aren't posting via the direct export either. I just noticed the issue today. I've been manually copying and pasting the hits.
