From what I can gather, you are misinformed to how HS works. If you want to only see stuff on your include list, you need to enable the restrict to include list setting. HF/HS are more used to find work and alert you of stuff on your include list, while OW/HM only alert you to what you include.

He said he had that enabled. He posted the settings that he's using a couple pages back.
