From what I can gather, you are misinformed to how HS works. If you want to only see stuff on your include list, you need to enable the restrict to include list setting. HF/HS are more used to find work and alert you of stuff on your include list, while OW/HM only alert you to what you include.

In HS, that's what I'm doing. I have "Restrict to includelist" checked. But I've taken another look at HIT Finder and don't see a similar "button" that serves the same purpose.

Hmm. If this started after you updated your includelist, maybe back the whole thing up to a text file and try to add each one back in there one at a time, to make sure it's not a particular name messing things up?
