Yes, you can "import" a HS list. :) So I did that, got one HIT, and it was somebody not on my include list. :(
Do you just use requester names or requester IDs in the "term" field of your include list? If you use IDs, maybe the requester changed their name and it's pulling up by ID but showing their new name?

That happened to me a couple of times and I was really confused for a bit before I figured it out.

From what I can gather, you are misinformed to how HS works. If you want to only see stuff on your include list, you need to enable the restrict to include list setting. HF/HS are more used to find work and alert you of stuff on your include list, while OW/HM only alert you to what you include.

Hmm. If this started after you updated your includelist, maybe back the whole thing up to a text file and try to add each one back in there one at a time, to make sure it's not a particular name messing things up?
