Copy and paste the link. It should work. It took me three times to figure it out to get the link to work. lol.
Are you sure you're referencing the right person? Not preceding the first entry, but following the first entry and all subsequent entries, but none following the last entry, thus:
John^bill^Mark^Stan^Aveline
Thanks for trying to help, @aveline, you sweetheart you.

Do you just use requester names or requester IDs in the "term" field of your include list? If you use IDs, maybe the requester changed their name and it's pulling up by ID but showing their new name?Yes, you can "import" a HS list. So I did that, got one HIT, and it was somebody not on my include list.
Narrows my search down.

Well, one of them at least. Are you sure you're referencing the right person?
I want a fish survey
That doesn't sound like something that I would agree to.It's only not naptime when it's bedtime.
Nope. Using names. Good question, though. Thanks for taking a stab at this for me, @tricker .Do you just use requester names or requester IDs in the "term" field of your include list? If you use IDs, maybe the requester changed their name and it's pulling up by ID but showing their new name?
That happened to me a couple of times and I was really confused for a bit before I figured it out.
I think you're reading it wrong or something. That doesn't sound like something that I would agree to.

Oh, you're right. I think I missed a word there. Everything checks out. Carry on.I think you're reading it wrong or something.
From what I can gather, you are misinformed to how HS works. If you want to only see stuff on your include list, you need to enable the restrict to include list setting. HF/HS are more used to find work and alert you of stuff on your include list, while OW/HM only alert you to what you include.Nope. Using names. Good question, though. Thanks for taking a stab at this for me, @tricker .
Hmm. If this started after you updated your includelist, maybe back the whole thing up to a text file and try to add each one back in there one at a time, to make sure it's not a particular name messing things up?Not preceding the first entry, but following the first entry and all subsequent entries, but none following the last entry, thus:
