They are talking about these HITs. You have the have a certain qual to work on them, and I don't think they've opened it up to more people in a while.

Youtube video tasks (for Youtube). Most of the HITs posted by this requester are closed quals, and have been closed quals for at least a couple of years. (Plus, the quals were open like one time on a Sunday when it was raining and exactly 3:27. That last sentence is made up but really, the quals were only available once or twice and then everyone else was SOL.) And what @TotalBabe just said.

They do post the occasional good batch, but haven't posted anything really good to my knowledge in over a year now.

I think your explanation was more involved than mine, and, therefore, superior.
