All video and other data submitted to C-SATS is protected with the highest data security and privacy standards. C-SATS ensures removal of all identifiable information, both the patients’ and the practitioners’, before reviewers see them. By making C-SATS a part of your institution’s quality improvement and patient safety program the information may be afforded peer review protection in a court of law. http://www.csats.com/patient-safety-quality/

When a reviewer sees your C-SATS video, no identifiable information about either patients or providers is shared. C-SATS’ HIPAA secure service ensures removal of all such information before your video is posted for review. C-SATS complies with applicable standards, implementation specifications, and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Man... I got dinged (a rejection) today. 360 days without a rejection reset, I was really hoping to make a year. Worse yet I can't rail about how unreasonable the requester was because when I messaged her she goes "I can't overturn a rejection because of my boss, but I will compensate you for the HIT anyway via bonus since I see where you made your mistake and understand how it could happen."

Why you gotta go and be reasonable about it? Gosh.
