Most likely you have completed one of their available hits for this survey. It's common for some surveys to be up for an extended period of time, long enough to forget you did one already.

No you are okay. That is common. Sometimes, you will see that message after you completed or returned a survey or batch hit. Also, sometimes you will see that message for a requester you have never done work for too. I think that happens when a requester account is being shared by different people.

If you get a softblock, it will say this : " The Requester has chosen to prevent you from working on any of this Requester's HITs.
There are a variety of reasons for Requesters to prevent particular Workers from completing their HITs."
