I don't know about potato skins, but what if it's like a giant baked potato, and all the cheese and bacon and chives and butter have been injected into it and then a stick is shoved in the bottom so you can hold it? One of these day I'm going to buy a bunch of stuff and try it.

Nah, use little baby potatoes, or all the junk will gush out when you bite it, and it'll fall off the stick. You need a good potato to stick ratio. You can put 2-3 on a stick and still have a good munch.

How about the stick holding it is just a chocolate covered Pocky? So that the whole thing is edible. If we figure a way to include a drink into this, we'll have an entire meal on a stick and become millionaires/contribute to the obesity crisis.
