On two occasions recently I saw a guy being really aggressive toward a woman and I thought it was about to go bad. Both times I walked up slowly and non-aggressively (nothing makes a dickhead a bigger dickhead than to have someone come up to challenge them) and asked her if she needed help. Both times the reply from the woman went something like this "Fuck off, Asshole. This doesn't concern you." I hate that in your case the woman got punched but at least you were there to give witness and the dude is on ice.

Yeah I waited a bit before I went out front because of what you just said and I had no idea what the situation was and it can quickly end up with me on the ground by getting in the middle of a domestic situation.
