they are extremely bad for you, its just baked cheddar cheese crushed and reformed i swear, go preheat your oven to 320, sprinkle some cheddarshred on parchment and take it out when its brown (about 10mins) that disk of amazing tastes just like cheezits.

I used to (sometimes still do) Get cheezits and a thing of spray cheeze and put that together. So fucking good.

They're great, but they're hard to find. The extra-toasted ones are good too.
