Lol I work all day here and there while I am working. The last few days I have been making 50 or more per day though. Starting to pick up and passed a few qualifications.

I think it's been picking up for me a little bit. I am hoping to get that CR research qualification, but I made 22 on Friday and 17 on Sunday, but only 8.50 yesterday. I spent too much time arguing with a requester yesterday when I should have just let something go.

The part that's difficult for me to figure out is that even though I was really good at this like 4 years ago, in that 4 years things have changed in a significant way.

just heard back from the latest handy person I hired. (first guy was a pedophile. a real one. second guy had depression, wanted to discuss why he kept coming late. You know, because that's what I'm there for. To discuss why you aren't at your job.

then a bunch of folks who got busy doing other things)

anyhooooo, he texted back and gave me an estimate and apologized for not getting back with me last week.

He has 9 kids.

And they have covid.:o_o:

That's interesting. I had a handyman out last week who charged me $500 to fix the shower valve in the bathroom, and then told me that he couldn't fix it, but still charged me. He replaced the faucet, which I can't use because the shower valve doesn't work. I now have a “water Bandit” sink adapter and a garden hose on the way. I've been showering with a cup of water with sink water. I had another guy try to quote me $1,000 because they have to knock out a piece of the wall. What a great buy this condo was last year.

It's tough getting things handled right now.

I'm not sure if I'm grimacing more because they have covid or...9 kids!!!!!! I have 2 and I love them to pieces. Used to think I'd want a ton until they started getting on my nerves and costing an arm and a leg. I'm happy with 2, haha.
