Ya'll don't have a script that auto refreshes a hit in attempts to accept them do you? I cant remember the name of it, but it was supposed to get around throttling awhile back with A9s... I had to remove it cause it was messing with zoltar. This was a month or so ago, so i really cant remember the name of the script.. It may not even have anything to do with ya'lls issues, but worth a look.

Slow down might not be the right words. They can cause Page Request Errors which will prevent you from accepting hits.

ugh. i've been in a near month-long email conversation since August 2 with Richard R Larkin who posted a bunch of stock ticker HITs. i did like 100 of them and 1 was rejected. he has already admitted that the rejection was his fault and he has tried to reverse it but keeps getting some error or something and keeps saying he hasn't heard back from amazon customer service even though i told him a few times that they aren't going to be helpful and showed him the detailed instructions on how to reverse rejections. i just emailed him again telling him about the 30 day limit. frustration.
