Good for you for keeping at it. I used to run 5-7 miles a day until I messed up my knees. I really need to try and slowly get back in to it. I went from that to nothing. It hurts to walk a short distance now. I need to get motivated again.
working from home all day every day and not getting out much during the week is what finally started pushing me back to it. also now that it's slowly starting to cool off some that makes all the difference.

I work during the day and then usually have to do stuff for work after we close and then come home and have to take care of the dogs and make dinner etc. By the time I'm done with that I usually have no motivation. I need to figure out a plan.
